How Titan Auto Services uses text messaging, and your choices.
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program offered by Titan Auto Services, 2601 General Samuels Road, Jacksonville, AR 72076, (501) 988-3508.
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Titan Auto Services may send you text messages related to your vehicle and account, including appointment scheduling and reminders, service and repair status updates, digital vehicle inspection reports, quotes and estimates, and replies to questions you send us. From time to time we may also send service specials and promotions to customers who have opted in.
How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the consent box on our contact form, by providing your number and agreeing when you visit or call the shop, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us (for example, while a repair is in progress you may receive several updates). You will not receive recurring messages unless they relate to an active service or you opted in to promotions.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Titan Auto Services does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates will apply based on your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also call us at (501) 988-3508 to be removed.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, is shared only to help us deliver these text messages and is not shared with any third parties for their own marketing. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
